About Multisport and Wine Camp
The Multisport and Wine Camp offers a unique opportunity to train in one of the best regions in the northwest for multisport training. You'll have access to state of the art swimming and strength training facilities as well as beautiful (low traffic) roads and trails to run. The camp will feature highly experienced multisport and single sport specialty coaches to guide you through each training session. In addition to the training you'll experience, the Multisport and Wine Camp offer a one of a kind chance to get exceptional access to some of the finest wineries in the area. Each afternoon you'll be guided through multiple wine tastings around the Walla Walla Valley.

Michael Gordon
Camp co-founder, Multisport Specialist
*15 years triathlon racing and triathlon coaching experience.
*5 years racing as a professional triathlete.
*Assistant XC coach Whitman College
*Founder of the Blue Mountain Endurance Team
*Triathlon racing highlights include:
-3rd overall Pro, 2006 ITU Pan-American Long Course Championships
-2nd overall 2006 Ironman Couer d'Alene
-15th overall Pro 2008 Ironman Canada (4th American), IM PR of 9:05
-Half Ironman PR 4:02, Troika Half IM 2008
-Over 40 overall triathlon wins around the Northwest from Sprint to Half Ironman distance.

Since taking over the Head coaching position has coached:
-3 Individual NCAA National Cross Country Championship athletes
-10 Individual NCAA All-West Region athletes
-Numerous NWC All-Conference award winners

Has coached:
-7 time NWC Swim Coach of the year
-8 NCAA National All-Americans
-Numerous NWC All-Conference and Conference Champions

Friday
2 pm - camp check in.
3-4:30 pm swim clinic with coach Jenne Blomme
4-:30-5 pm Hip mobility for running / strength training talk with coach Scott Shields
6 pm Optional "no host" dinner at Olive in downtown Walla Walla.
saturday
7-8:30 am – morning swim workout
8:45-9 am – Bike mechanics 101 with coach Michael Gordon
9:00-12 pm Guided Bike Ride and optional transition run off bike
12pm Strength Training – focus on “Prehab” and rolling
12:30pm Lunch
1-2:30pm Free Time
2:30 pm pick up for Wine Tasting at Cadaretta glass house, Va Piona and more winery TBA
6 pm drop off downtown walla Walla / whitman college area for dinner on own.
Camp Schedule
Sunday
9 - 11 am – morning Long Run on Bennington Lake trails, stretch.
12pm lunch
1-4 wine tasting at airport winery area
