In addition to all the group workouts available to club members, Blue Mountain Endurance offers personal coaching options for single sport athletes (running, cycling, swimming, adventure racers, etc.) as well as multisport athletes looking to improve in all aspects of triathlon or duathlon racing.
Coach Michael Gordon has raced all over North America with many of the top triathletes in the world. During his time racing professionally he studied the habits and methods of other coaches and athletes and learned what it really takes to create improvement for athletes of all abilities. He is well versed in studying cycling power files, heart rate analysis, building structured training plans on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis, strength training / flexibility, diet, mental preparation for racing, and of course, learning to rest!

"Pick Your Race" Training Plans!!
Are you a "self-coached" athlete who need a bit more structure to their schedule, but not necessarily looking for the whole one-on-one coaching experience yet?
If so, the "Pick Your Race" training plan could be a great option for you!
Each plan includes a fully detailed daily training plan that is periodized and progresses through a series of "training phases" to make sure you reach race day feeling strong, healthy and rested to give your best effort. Each plan also includes elements such as strength/core routines for each phase of training, and detailed daily workouts including swim, bike, run, core, race rehearsal workouts and opportunities to include training races as part of the whole plan.
Along with the training itself, your plan purchase includes several 30 minute consultation sessions to discuss training phases, get used to format of the workout and address questions or concerns. (Consulations are usually done at start of plan to determine training paces for swim/bike/run, again mid-way through plan, then again pre-race; can be combined with other athletes if there is a "training group" preparing for same race) Also, you'll have email access to the coach to make sure you're understanding workouts throughout the plan.
